Hostel ( Boys & Girls Both )

  • Boy’s Hostel:

    Boy’s Hostel is within the college premises. It has the total intake capacity of 612, out of which 204 seats are kept reserved for BE / B Arch First year students.

    It’s RAGGING-FREE campus.

    Delicious food (Lunch, Dinner, morning & evening Breakfast) is served in the hostel mess. It’s run on the cooperative basis. Student prepares the weekly menu of their choice.

    Twenty four hours internet facility is provided to the hostel students through the leased line of the speed 10 mbps .

    Potable water with purifier is available for twenty four hours.

    PNB ATM machine is installed in the hostel premises.

    24 Hrs Full-proof security for each hostel block.

    It is a Cleaned, Beautiful & Environment friendly campus.

    Power back up is made available, through three phase 125 KVA generator. 

    Guest room facility is there for parent’s comfortable stay.

    All the rooms are triple sitter.

    Play grounds for cricket, volley ball, foot ball, basket ball, tennis court of international standard is situated within the hostel premises.

    Medical facility is available. Qualified Physician Dr Ratnaparkhi visits the hostel daily (5pm-6pm)

    Hostel Fees is Rs 22000/- (table, chair, bed, mattress, pillow, cupboard, fan, light is provided in the room)

    Boy’s Hostel is well cared by Prof D. K. Pande.

     

    Girl’s Hostel:

    Girl’s Hostel is 1 ½ Km away from the college premises. It is housed inside the professor’s colony. This ensures added security for the girls. It has the total intake capacity of 180, out of which 42 seats are kept reserved for BE / B Arch First year students.

    It’s RAGGING-FREE campus.

    Delicious food (Lunch & Dinner) is served in the hostel mess. It’s run on the cooperative basis. Student prepares the weekly menu of their choice.

    Eight hours internet facility (5pm to 1am) is provided to the hostel students through the broadband connection.

    Potable water with purifier is available for twenty four hours.

    24 Hrs Full-proof security is available for the hostel premises.

    CCTV cameras are installed to add to safety & security of girls.

    It is a Cleaned, Beautiful & Environment friendly campus.

    Badminton court is situated within the hostel premises.

    Bus facility is provided to all the first year hostel girls.

    MIET Girl’s Hostel

    Below mentioned rules must be followed, strictly, by the girls.

    1. Observe decency in wearing the clothes within & out-side the hostel premises.

    2. Girls are not permitted to visit the places other than their home town.

    3. Girls shall make an entry in the outstation register before leaving for home town (on previous day, from 9 pm to 9:30pm, personally, in presence of the warden)

    4. Mess cut shall be given to ONLY those who will inform the warden in writing about their continuous absence for five days or more, before leaving for home town.

    5. They are not permitted to take thali in their rooms (unless they are sick & unable to come to mess.) Even, mess food won’t be served in their own utensils.

    6. Girls shall not use any electrical appliances else, they will be seized permanently.

    7. Hostel reporting time is 7:30 pm. Girls reporting late (with prior permission) shall make an entry in the Late Entry Register kept with the guard.

    8. Mess is compulsory for hostel girls.

    9. Girls are warned not to visit any water bodies to avoid any untoward incidence.

    10. Senior girls using their own vehicles must have driving license, registration, taxation & insurance papers with them.

    11. Strict action shall be taken against the girls who will disobey the rules.
